Janitor / Custodian

Job Description

• Vacuuming carpeted areas - dust / wet mopping of hard surface floors
• Cleaning & disinfecting restrooms
• Dusting & trash in office areas & lobbies
• Restocking all restrooms & break areas as needed
• Use of proper cleaning techniques
• Maintaining equipment & janitor’s closets in a safe manner
• Proper use of labeling, use and dilution of all chemicals
• Willing & motivated to learn and get along with others
• Assist with the transporting of part/equipment using Company vehicle

Responsibilites & Duties

• Willing & motivated to learn and work well with others
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with a team or as an individual
• Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to drive and step in and out of box truck for deliveries

Monday – Thursday 6:30a-5p. Overtime as assigned.
